Abu Dhabi, UAE: COFE Tech, the agentic AI enterprise platform dubbed the Salesforce of MENA, has secured a new investment from KSH Investments LLC, the international investment platform of The Private Department of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan. The investment was made through the Phoenix Venture Partners Innovation Fund CEIC Limited.

The announcement, dated October 20, 2026, adds a prominent institutional backer to a fast growing company that already serves more than 1,000 businesses across the Gulf. In the UAE, COFE Tech’s clients span aviation, hospitality, retail, food and beverage and the corporate sector, and include Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airways and Al-Futtaim Group. Across the region, the company says it serves over 1,000 clients and 3,000 outlets.

“We are delighted to back COFE Tech alongside Phoenix Venture Partners,” said Dr. Ahmed Mansour, CEO of KSH Investments LLC. “COFE is building transformative technology for commerce and procurement, and we are confident in its growth trajectory as it contributes to strengthening the UAE’s position as a global hub for innovation and the new economy.”

Funding Round and 2029 Listing Target

The investment comes as COFE Tech enters its next phase of growth. Earlier this month, the company closed a pre IPO funding round at a valuation of US$178 million, putting COFE Tech on course for a targeted listing by 2029, the company said.

“The UAE is the global capital of the new economy, and we are honored by the confidence that the Private Department of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan has placed in COFE Tech,” said Ali Al-Ebrahim, Founder and CEO of COFE Tech. “We look forward to continuing to support the UAE’s smart procurement and commerce infrastructure, in line with the ambitions of the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision.”

Two Business Lines

COFE Tech operates across two core business lines. Agentic Procurement is a unified enterprise procurement engine, while Agentic Commerce is a unified enterprise technology infrastructure solution. The company also runs a direct to consumer ecommerce business alongside its enterprise offerings.

The company’s growth journey reflects the opportunities created by the alignment of economic visions across the Gulf, the company says, and the region’s enabling environment for Gulf technology companies. Throughout its growth, COFE Tech has benefited from business environments in the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia that support innovation, helping the company develop its business and expand its reach.

The announcement lands as Gulf sovereign and institutional capital continues to back homegrown technology platforms. For COFE Tech, the backing adds institutional weight ahead of its planned listing, and positions the company to deepen its enterprise footprint across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE, where it already counts some of the region’s largest airlines and retailers as customers.

The Investors Behind the Deal

KSH Investments acquired its stake alongside Phoenix Venture Partners Limited, an Abu Dhabi Global Market based venture capital fund manager, as a co investor drawn from the investor base of the Phoenix Venture Partners Innovation Fund. Phoenix Venture Partners first backed COFE at its pre Series A stage in 2018.

Phoenix Venture Partners is a venture capital fund manager domiciled in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The firm invests in early stage technology companies across fintech, healthtech, edtech, agrifoodtech, enertech and sustainability, eLogistics and mobility tech, and consumer tech, with a focus on the MENA region and a global outlook.
