How This UAE Prayer Times Table Works

This page gives you UAE prayer times two ways. The main table shows today’s timings for all eight cities at a glance and refreshes twice every day. The checker above lets you build a personalized view for any date and any city.

Choose a Month, a Date and a City

Use the three dropdowns to pick the month, the day and the city you want. The month list covers the next twelve months, the date list adjusts itself to each month, and the city list covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain. Press Show Prayer Times and your personalized timetable appears right below.

Why a Personalized View Helps

Prayer times shift a little every day and differ by a few minutes from one emirate to another, so a fixed timetable cannot stay exact. Choosing your own city and date means you always see the Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times that apply to you, whether you are planning for today or for a trip next month.

Where the Times Come From

Every time on this page comes from the Aladhan prayer times service, calculated with the method used across the UAE. The main table is rebuilt from fresh data twice every day, so today’s times are never stale. When you use the checker, that day’s times are requested directly, which is why future dates work as well.

A Quick Guide to Prayer Times in the UAE

The UAE observes five daily prayers, each timed by the position of the sun. Because the timings shift a few minutes every day, this page refreshes twice daily so you always see accurate times. Here is what each prayer on the timetable means.

Fajr Prayer Time in the UAE

Fajr is the dawn prayer, performed before sunrise. In the UAE it usually falls between 4:30 AM and 5:45 AM depending on the season . It is earliest around June and latest in December and January. It is the first of the five daily obligatory prayers.

Sunrise (Shurūq) Time in the UAE

Sunrise marks the end of the Fajr prayer window. It is not a prayer itself, but an important daily marker in the UAE prayer timetable, after which the next prayer is Dhuhr at midday.

Dhuhr Prayer Time in the UAE

Dhuhr is the midday prayer, performed after the sun passes its highest point in the sky. In the UAE it generally falls between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. On Fridays, Dhuhr is replaced by the Jumu’ah congregational prayer held at mosques across the Emirates.

Asr Prayer Time in the UAE

Asr is the afternoon prayer, performed in the late afternoon before sunset. In the UAE it typically falls between 3:00 PM and 3:45 PM . It falls earlier in the winter months and later during summer.

Maghrib Prayer Time in the UAE

Maghrib is the sunset prayer, performed just after the sun dips below the horizon. In the UAE it usually falls between 5:45 PM and 7:15 PM depending on the time of year. During Ramadan, Maghrib marks iftar, the moment the daily fast is broken.

Isha Prayer Time in the UAE

Isha is the night prayer, performed after twilight has fully disappeared. In the UAE it generally falls between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. During Ramadan, the Taraweeh night prayers follow Isha at mosques across the country.
