PRDots, a new public relations and digital communications agency, has officially launched in Dubai. The agency, founded by Suvrangsu Das, will help startups, growing businesses and established brands build credibility, strengthen their media presence and get discovered in search results and AI-powered answers. The launch was announced on 5 November 2026.
Dubai keeps attracting entrepreneurs, technology companies and global investors, and the competition for attention keeps growing. PRDots was set up for that moment. It brings together traditional media relations with modern digital visibility, including a new discipline called AI visibility, which focuses on how brands appear in tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini.
Four services built around one idea: authority
PRDots is launching with four service areas. The first is earned media and media relations, which means finding editorial opportunities, connecting with journalists and building stories that publications actually want to cover. The second is digital PR, which combines storytelling and outreach with search visibility, so coverage also strengthens a brand’s reputation online.
The third is AI visibility and generative engine optimisation, known as GEO. This covers AI visibility audits, citation analysis, brand mention monitoring and content that AI systems can find, understand and reference. The fourth is strategic link building, based on manual outreach, guest contributions and editorial placements, with a focus on relevance and quality rather than volume.
Why the founders say PR has to change
Das has worked in public relations and media for more than eight years, and he says the job has changed completely in that time. Coverage alone is no longer enough. Businesses now need credibility, authoritative media references, a strong presence in search results and a clear digital identity that AI platforms can discover. PRDots was launched in Dubai to meet those needs in one integrated approach.
Rachita Chettri, co-founder of PRDots, puts it the same way. Over the past eight years, she says, public relations has grown from traditional media coverage into a much broader digital visibility discipline. Today, businesses need more than publicity. They need credibility, a strong search presence and a digital identity that shows up across emerging AI platforms.
Who the agency wants to work with
PRDots plans to serve businesses across technology, software, fintech, professional services, real estate, healthcare, e-commerce and other business-to-business industries. Its first focus is startups, growing companies and business-to-business organisations that want integrated public relations and digital authority support. It will also help international companies entering the UAE with local communications strategies.
The agency is based in Dubai but plans to work across the region and internationally, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Its longer-term plans include developing industry-specific PR solutions and more structured ways to measure AI visibility and report on it.
What success looks like for PRDots clients
PRDots says it will judge its work on clear outcomes, not on the number of articles published. Depending on the engagement, performance may be measured through earned media coverage, publication relevance, referral traffic, backlink quality, organic visibility and changes in how discoverable a brand is. The agency is clear that earned editorial coverage and AI citations depend on independent editorial decisions and platform algorithms, so it focuses on improving the quality and credibility behind the brand rather than promising specific outcomes.
Its brand philosophy sums up the approach in six words: Get Discovered. Build Authority. Earn Trust. Das says the future of PR sits at the intersection of earned media, digital authority and AI-driven discovery, and the goal is to help companies become more visible, more credible and easier to discover wherever their customers are searching.
For Dubai’s startups, the launch is a sign of how the city’s communications industry is changing. As more customers find brands through AI answers instead of search results alone, agencies that only chase press coverage are missing half the picture. PRDots is betting that the agencies which win will be the ones that build authority across every place a customer might look.
