Affaan Shaikh, Founder and CEO of Neuratia Labs, has received a 2026 Global Recognition Award in the Innovation category for his work advancing wearable neurotechnology and developing new approaches to brain health monitoring.
The recognition highlights Shaikh’s work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, neuroscience, medical engineering, and research. His filed patent for a Brain Digital Twin outlines a computational framework designed to model and track changes in an individual’s neural state over time. The concept reflects a broader effort to explore more continuous and personalized approaches to brain health monitoring, while recognizing the need for scientific validation, privacy safeguards, regulatory compliance, and clinical oversight.
