Dubai, UAE | August 2026 β The race to build the smartest AI model may already be over. As OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and other companies continue releasing increasingly capable models, a different problem has quietly emerged. Businesses now have access to powerful AI, but most still struggle to turn it into something useful.
WorkflowStacks, a new Dubai-based startup, believes the next wave of innovation will not come from building another large language model. Instead, it will come from making AI practical through reusable skills, workflows, and automations that anyone can discover and deploy.
Today, the company officially launched its public platform, giving businesses free access to more than 1,530 curated open source AI skills while inviting developers across the world to publish the workflows and MCP servers they build.
The startup is also introducing a no-code AI Agent Builder that allows users to combine multiple AI skills into a working agent for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini without writing code.
Betting on the Layer Above AI Models
For the past two years, most conversations around artificial intelligence have focused on which company has the most capable model.
“Today’s AI models are incredibly capable. Intelligence is becoming widely available, and every few months another model catches up. The challenge businesses face is no longer finding a powerful model. It’s figuring out how to make that model solve real business problems,” Rahul Soni said.
According to Soni, thousands of developers are already building impressive AI workflows, MCP servers, prompt systems, and automations. The problem is that they are scattered across GitHub repositories, Discord communities, and personal websites, making them difficult to discover, trust, and implement.
From AI Agency to AI Marketplace
WorkflowStacks was born inside Fluo Digital, an AI growth marketing agency based in Dubai.

While helping clients implement AI across marketing, SEO, reporting, and business operations, the team repeatedly encountered the same obstacle. Every new project required researching dozens of AI tools before finding the right combination.
“The solutions already existed,” Soni explained. “The knowledge already existed. What didn’t exist was a trusted place where people could discover, evaluate, and deploy those solutions quickly.”
Instead of building another AI application, the team decided to build infrastructure for the growing AI ecosystem.
That decision eventually became WorkflowStacks.
More Than a Directory of AI Tools
Unlike traditional AI tool directories, WorkflowStacks focuses on reusable AI skills rather than standalone software.
The platform launches with more than 1,530 quality reviewed open source AI skills spanning marketing, SEO, sales, customer support, content creation, ecommerce, reporting, and business automation. Each listing includes installation guidance, AI generated setup instructions, live GitHub activity, and documentation designed to reduce the technical barriers that often prevent adoption.
Users can combine multiple skills through WorkflowStacks’ no code Agent Builder, which automatically generates structured prompts that work across leading AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
The platform is free to browse and use at launch.
Calling on Developers to Build the Next AI Economy
Alongside today’s launch, WorkflowStacks is opening its marketplace to developers, AI builders, and creators.
The company is inviting early contributors to become founding creators by publishing the workflows, prompt systems, AI skills, and MCP servers they have built.
Rather than simply hosting those assets, WorkflowStacks plans to help creators reach businesses actively looking for practical AI solutions.
Developers will receive promotion through the marketplace and earn revenue from paid products sold through the platform as it grows. The company retains a small percentage to fund distribution, maintenance, and ongoing promotion.
“We want independent developers to spend more time building and less time worrying about distribution,” Soni said. “If someone creates something genuinely useful, we want businesses around the world to discover it.”
Why the Timing Matters
WorkflowStacks believes the AI industry is reaching an inflection point.
The company points to the rapid growth of AI agents, the expanding global developer community, and the emergence of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) as evidence that the market is shifting beyond individual models toward connected AI ecosystems.
As major AI companies increasingly support common standards, businesses will need trusted marketplaces that help them identify the right AI capabilities without evaluating thousands of repositories themselves.
WorkflowStacks aims to become that discovery layer.
Growing the Marketplace One Community at a Time
Rather than spending heavily on consumer marketing, WorkflowStacks is initially focused on building its supply side.
The company plans to recruit developers from open source communities while expanding its marketplace across categories where AI adoption is already accelerating, including digital marketing, sales, ecommerce, customer support, and business operations.
Future plans include expanding into highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and legal services, where trusted AI workflows and verified integrations will become increasingly important.
For businesses that need custom implementations, WorkflowStacks also offers done for you AI agents, white label deployments, and enterprise solutions delivered either by its internal team or through its growing creator community.
Looking Beyond Today’s Launch
WorkflowStacks does not see itself as another AI startup competing with model providers.
Instead, it wants to become part of the infrastructure that connects businesses with the growing ecosystem of developers building practical AI solutions.
“The next generation of AI won’t be defined by who has the smartest model,” Soni said. “It will be defined by who makes AI the easiest to use. That’s the future we’re building for.”
